Payment

We accept payment by credit card through our secure shopping cart. We also accept PayPal as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Please note that all of our prices are in Euros (€). Prices shown in USD ($) are approximate and are based on the current exchange rate. Orders will be processed in Euros (€) regardless of the payment method.

Shipping

Your purchase will be shipped from The Netherlands to most countries but please verify shipping conditions/availability during checkout.

We offer free shipping on orders above € 250.00 in most countries. Please note that we cover up to € 20.00 of shipping fees. If the shipping fees exceed € 20.00 we will contact you to charge you the difference, if you want to continue with your order.

Orders for items in stock will be shipped in 2-4 business days. Made-to-order items may take up to 2 to 4 weeks to ship.

Your order will be shipped via PostNL or DHL. Most orders in Europe will be delivered within 10 business days. Please note that delivery for orders outside of Europe can take up to 20 business days, depending on the country. Check your order confirmation for shipping details and tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If applicable, any customs taxes, fees, and duties upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that any delays caused by customs are out of our control.
